Insignificant
I love my job and I’m not complaining, this is simply an observation on my perceived differences between two careers:
I used to be a teacher. Now I am a computer technician. As a teacher I got lots of respect from colleagues in other departments. As a computer technician I do not. As a teacher people would listen to what I had to say. As a computer technician people brush my comments aside. As a teacher people would look at me. As a computer technician people look through me.
